Osnat's unique know-how for growth strategies and M&A has been built through years of hands-on experience. She had the opportunity to take an active role in shaping the success of different businesses.
Part of Sapiens leadership team, she served 16 years as the Head of Corporate Development, leading 25 M&A transactions that helped bring the company from market cap of $40m to $2.5B.
In parallel, since 2014 she has been working together with customers from different sectors to help them shape their growth with the help of M&A. She has designed and executed multiple M&A transactions, and built a successful portfolio of investments for foreign investors.
Osnat serves as a board member in Axon Vision, and is active in several NGO's that benefit the community well being.
Mother of 2 boys, lives in Tel Aviv, loves cooking, gym, fashion and art.

Udi brings decades of leadership experience across Israeli technology and IT services companies, spanning corporate management, business development, and board governance. Along the years, Udi has initiated and led to completion multiple M&A transactions. His unique experience as former CEO of companies that have embraced M&A for growth - helps Udi bring massive value to our customers.
Most recently, Udi served as CEO of Malam Team, one of Israel's leading IT services companiesand as President of Business Development at ONE Technologies. He currentlu serves as Chairman of the Board of Accel Solutions, and he is Co-Founder of Miracle FinOps & TEM Services.
Udi's deep familiarity with growth strategy, combined with his hands-on operational background, brings a strong practical lens to our clients.
